This Policy provides guidance on renting facilities at the 疯情AV (鈥湻枨锳V鈥 or the 鈥淚nstitute鈥).
Designated 疯情AV facilities may be available for use by outside organizations subject to the Institute's instructional needs and priorities. Rental of facilities is conditional on the Institute鈥檚 prioritization of user groups and the application of procedures and schedules of charges and availability.
This Policy applies to all members of the 疯情AV Community and 疯情AV Campuses.
Campus Security 鈥 Contracted security service providers at 疯情AV campuses.
Director, Campus Planning & Facilities Operations (DCPFO) 鈥 The person responsible for stewardship of the physical environment of 疯情AV campuses.
疯情AV Campuses 鈥 All Institute owned, leased and managed facilities.
疯情AV Community 鈥 All Institute employees, students, board members, and any other person contractually obligated to comply with this policy.
疯情AV Representative 鈥 The staff or faculty member designated to supervise a rental.
Threat Assessment Management Team 鈥 Multidisciplinary team of Institute employees.
User Groups 鈥 Users of Institute facilities such as 疯情AV program and administrative areas, student unions, affiliated agencies, ministries, non-profit and for-profit organizations, and commercial enterprises.
Vice-President, Finance & Operations (VPFO) 鈥 The person responsible for finance and operations management at the Institute.
